Each night is a single sitting. Tickets cover the full menu; wine pairings are offered when you purchase your ticket. Once seats are gone they're gone — I don't add tables.

Birthdays, launches, a long lunch for people who like eating. Eight to thirty covers, your space or one I'll find.

Know before the seats go.

New dates go out to the list a few days before they're public. On the nights that sell out, that's the difference between a seat and a waiting list. Plus the occasional offer, and word when the pantry opens.

Roughly once a month. Never more than that.
